New latest lifts box!

Some of you may have already noticed that we have a new addition to the carpooling.co.uk homepage when you are not signed in. Yes, we have added a ‘new trips’ box, to show our users the most recent lifts or requests which have been added to the website.

We added this feature to give any new visitors to the site a snap shot of the frequency and variety of the lifts which have recently been added to our 600,000 strong database of lifts.

One glance at the box shows that our website has a very active usergroup, constantly adding new lifts and requests.

We put great emphasis on giving our users a smooth and simple website experience, providing only the information they need at the right time. Therefore this feature is not visible to users who are signed in and therefore regularly use the site.
